Anchor Engineering's sales organization is a group of committed professionals, all senior-level contributors of our principals’ sales team. Our 6 person outside sales staff averages over 10 years with the company and many years of component sales experience. Our 3 person inside staff is similarly experienced.

We have the latest in computer, software and telecommunications technology. We have a sophisticated Customer Relationship Management system and an extensive customer contacts database. The CRM tool is the platform for generation, management and reporting on all quotes, samples, RFQs and opportunities. Our Sales Analysis software allows us to analyze, track and report current and historical sales data by Principal, Customer, Distributor and Contract Manufacturer to the part number level. Our opportunity reporting tool allows us to generate and export reports in Excel format quickly and completely.

We offer outstanding support to our principals' distribution efforts. We have a dedicated distribution management person who coordinates our distribution business, supported by everybody in the organization.

We have a dedicated sales lead follow up system, helping to ensure that no opportunity is missed.
